Mukesh Gohel (B.Com, FCA, DISA)

Mukesh Gohel has more than 29 years of experience in audits and consulting to clients related to real estate industry, service industry, manufacturing company and banking industry. Apart from that Mr. Mukesh Gohel also specializes in all India VAT & Service Tax.
He has also done Diploma in System Audit (DISA).
He is also a co-author of book titled "Maharashtra Sales Tax Guide" & "Maharashtra Value Added Sales Tax Guide 2005"

Abhay Gohel (B.Com, ACA)

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2012. He has worked with leading Mid Size and Big 4 Chartered Accountants firm pre and post his qualification.

He looks for majority of audits and department related work of our clients. Abhay has gained diversified audit experience during his articleship and pre and post his qualification as a Chartered Accountant, by handling audits of real estate sector, manufacturing sector, service sector and Banking Sector including foreign banks having their branches in India.

Having worked with Mr. Mukesh Gohel and his clientele for more than 5 years Abhay have developed his interest and expertise in indirect Taxation and possesses deep knowledge of VAT and Service Tax. He also teaches Indirect tax & Accounts to T.Y. Bcom & C.A students.

Paras Nisar (B.Com, ACA, CFA, FRM)

He qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2010. As a central theme of our client work, Paras helps companies transform their operational capabilities—across product development, manufacturing, purchasing and supply chains—and in the process achieve major improvements in performance. He plays an pivotal part in raising funds through debt syndication and structured finance for his client. He also has deep expertise in operations and commercial excellence in IT services and business processes outsourcing (BPO).

Reshma Kadam (B.Com, ACA)

A very self motivated and soft spoken Reshma qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2006. Prior to joining M. K. Gohel & Associates Reshma worked with HDFC Bank as a Deputy Manager monitoring and handling all the banking transaction. Reshma now looks for the bank audits, due diligence and related assignment at M. K. Gohel & Associates.
